Known to Kansas City audiences for both her media and onstage work, Laurie became fascinated with voiceovers and pop culture at a very young age – they were a natural fit with her love of music and theatre.  As children, she and her cousin performed their own parody spots and sketches into a tape recorder, and a passion for the industry was born!

Laurie holds a Master’s in Vocal Performance and, while her musical tastes are quite varied, her favorite songs to perform are standards from the American songbook.  Add to that, years of musical theatre, opera and radio/speaking experience, and you get a gal who can not only deliver the read you need, but can turn right around and sing for you.
